How Does It Work

Once we review your request, and send you an estimate of cost and time that you agree upon, the project will follow our standard guideline:

We require a 50% (non refundable) down payment of the total project's cost
Upon receiving payment, we will send you a timeline that walks you through each step of your project
Logo (if applicable) is usually the first step for any project
Website or Corporate ID is next (depending on customer's preference)
Creating 2 samples for your Website, Corporate ID, Newsletter, Magazine, etc.
Once a sample is approved, we move to creating the rest of the package (eg. Website, Stationary, Mailer, etc.)
We require the remainder of the cost to be paid in full before delivery once the total project is approved.

Please note:

Timeline provided to you by Feev.com is totally dependant on your response and approval of each step of the project
Domain name, web hosting space and photo stock are at an additional cost if not bought with the Small Business Package
A website page is typically 600x800pixels that will approximately equal a one letter size page, Scrollable pages are quoted differently
There's no obligation to finish the project with feev.com and will be happy to provide you with the work done in the following formats (EPS, AI, PDF, HTML, HTM) for no additional charge.
Formmail and online payments are available for an additional charge (Cost may vary from one project to another)
Flash animation is available for an additional charge (please call for details)
Any Additional requests not mentioned will be discussed with the client for further details
